My favorite sport is football.  I have played football since 5. In fact, it is the most popular sport in the world. To begin with the most important thing is that you keep moving. Find an activity that you think is fun and exercise will became a regular part of your day. In addition watch less TV. The most popular athletes are Cristiano Ronaldo, LeBron James and Lionel Messi. Cristiano Ronaldo is the most-followed person in the Instagram with 539 million followers. LeBron James scored 38 390 points during his career. Lionel Messi has 7 gold balls, in contrast Ronaldo has only 5 gold balls. In my opinion there are 3 the most popular sport events are: FIFA world Cup, the Olympic Games and the NBA Finals. Millions of people watch those events every year. The early Olympic Games were celebrated as a religious festival from 776 B.C  in Olympia. In fact the first modern Olympic Games were held in 1896 in Greece. Women were allowed to compete in the Olympic Games in 1900.
