The black storks are on the list of the Red book of Belarus. The black storks are in danger now. They are about 100 cm long and weigh up to 3 kg. They are long- necked and long- legged birds with streamlined bodies. They have a red beak and red legs. And it has unique colors.

The black storks live in the forests and places where they can’t meet human.The birds eat frogs or small fish -You can see birds in the Zvanets complex, because there are many lakes there.

Many years ago people cut down of nearby forest areas. Thatćs why black storks nest only in the most remote corners and their population became high.
